Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, cream together pumpkin puree, sugars, and butter until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
