  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced sweet potatoes, cooked turkey bacon, and seasonings.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the sweet potato mixture and stir to combine.
