  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. In a separate pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  8. Serve pancakes topped with turkey bacon and additional strawberries if desired.
