Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup strawberry sauce
  • 4 taco shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into taco shell molds.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and set aside to cool.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Fill the cooled taco shells with the cream cheese mixture.
