  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, buttermilk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Once golden brown, remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
