  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the roast on all sides until browned.
  4. In a bowl, mix cranberries, balsamic vinegar, beef broth, brown sugar, and garlic.
  5. Place the roast in a roasting pan and pour the cranberry mixture over it.
