  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, honey, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
