  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and salt, then cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  3. Add cold water gradually until dough forms. Wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles.
  5. Layer turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese on half of each rectangle.
  6. Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Brush with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.
