  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned.
  4. Add the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet; mix well.
  5. Stuff the bell peppers with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
  6. Top each pepper with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted.
