Rotisserie Chicken Broccoli Pasta

A comforting and quick dish made with rotisserie chicken and broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 12 ounces pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
  3. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken and cook until heated through.
  5. Drain pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
