  • 1 cup roasted butternut squash
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, turkey bacon, chicken ham, walnuts, dried cranberries, and feta cheese.
  4. Once the squash is roasted, add it to the salad.
