  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
