  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, melted butter, and milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. For the cinnamon butter, mix softened butter with cinnamon and powdered sugar until well combined.
