  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, both sugars, melted butter, milk, and egg.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then knead until smooth.
  5. Roll out dough, spread more butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture, then roll tightly.
  6. Cut the roll into 12 pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. For frosting, mix powdered sugar, brewed coffee, and vanilla until smooth.
  9. Let rolls cool slightly, then drizzle with coffee frosting.
