Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
