- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
