Pizza Style Cottage Cheese Bake

A delicious and comforting dish that brings the flavors of pizza into a cottage cheese bake.

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup cooked pasta

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, pizza sauce, bell peppers, olives, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the cooked pasta.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
