  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.

  7. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar with a little melted butter to form a paste.
  8. Spread the brown sugar mixture evenly in the bottom of the cookie pan.
