  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup small pasta (like ditalini)
  • 1 cup chopped spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add onion, carrots, and celery to the pot and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the crumbled bacon, beans, crushed tomatoes, broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the pot.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions, then stir in spinach before serving.
