My Easy Blueberry Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bake

A delicious and healthy breakfast option featuring cottage cheese and blueberries.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add in the rolled oats, blueberries, baking powder, and maple syrup.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
