Maple Pecan & Pumpkin Cheesecake Trifle

A delicious and layered dessert combining the flavors of maple, pecan, and pumpkin.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup crushed pecans
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, maple syrup, vanilla, and spices until smooth.
  2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and gently fold it into the pumpkin mixture.
  3. In serving glasses, layer ladyfinger cookies followed by the pumpkin mixture and top with crushed pecans.
  4. Repeat layers until glasses are full.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter taste, you can add more maple syrup.
  • Use roasted pecans for added flavor.
