- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, and cook until softened.
- Stir in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
