  • 4 cups shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded hash browns, turkey bacon, chicken ham, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in an even layer.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the hash browns are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle the cheese on top.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with sour cream and green onions before serving.
