  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in a large pot of boiling water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. While the potatoes are cooling, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
