Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the kielbasa and onion, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the potatoes and reduce heat, simmering until potatoes are tender.
