Juicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

A delicious and moist chicken meatloaf enhanced with garlic and Parmesan, featuring a twist of turkey bacon for added flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 strips turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  4. Lay the turkey bacon strips over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra moisture, add a tablespoon of milk to the mixture.
  • Pair it with a side of mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
