Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 pound cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard.
  3. Layer the cubed bread, sausage, and cheese in a baking dish.
