  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 12 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble it.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the chicken ham briefly until heated through.
  5. In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning together.
  6. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles and marinara sauce topped with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped spinach or mushrooms between the layers.
  • Allow leftovers to cool completely before storing.
