1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups cauliflower rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers and sauté until they begin to soften.
Add the sliced beefsteak and cook until browned.
Stir in mushrooms, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
