  • 1 cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, coat chicken breasts with honey BBQ sauce.
  3. In a bowl, toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add potatoes to the baking dish around the chicken.
