- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream.
- Top with shredded cheese and crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
