  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 8 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, and half of the enchilada sauce.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
