  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour.
  4. In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream, white wine, garlic, and chicken broth to a simmer.
