  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and milk. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add brown sugar, applesauce, and vanilla extract to the oat mixture and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  6. Pour the batter into muffin tins lined with paper liners.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
