Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until fully combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking.
  • You can substitute honey for maple syrup if desired.
