- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
