Garlic Butter Steak Parmesan Cream

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steaks and let rest.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until sauce thickens.
  8. Slice the steaks and serve with sauce, garnishing with parsley.
