  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with buttermilk and orange juice.
