A Flavor-packed Twist On Sushi

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lay out the turkey bacon strips on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread sushi rice evenly over each strip of bacon.
  4. Add slices of avocado and cucumber on top of the rice.
  5. Roll each strip tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy.
  7. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add sriracha to the rice.
  • These rolls can be enjoyed warm or cold.
