Easy Garlic Butter Steak Bites with a Rich Parmesan Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or your choice)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak bites to the skillet and sear until browned on all sides and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add the steak back to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
