Dump-and-Bake Chicken Tzatziki Casserole

A delicious and simple recipe that combines the flavors of chicken and tzatziki into a hearty casserole.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the chicken, cooked rice, and tzatziki sauce.
  3. Add the diced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
