  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed persimmons and sugar.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture and stir.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and then add milk and melted butter.
  5. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix well.
