- 2 cups ripe persimmons, mashed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
