  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, chopped carrots, chopped celery, and frozen peas.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
