9 lasagna noodles
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1 pound chicken ham, diced
4 cups white sauce
2 tsp dried Italian herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan. Add the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and Italian herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread a layer of white sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the cheese mixture and a layer of white sauce. Repeat layers.
Top with remaining noodles, white sauce, and the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, omit turkey bacon and use vegetables like spinach and mushrooms.
Pair with a fresh garden salad for a complete meal.
