Creamy Steak Pasta Garlic

A delicious creamy steak pasta dish infused with garlic and enriched with turkey bacon for a savory delight.

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound steak, sliced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add sliced steak and sear until browned; remove and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine, steak, and crumbled turkey bacon; toss to combine.
  8. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
