  • 6 cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions; drain and set aside.
