  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the sweet potatoes with a fork.
  3. Bake the sweet potatoes for about 45 minutes or until tender.
  4. Let cool, cut in half, and scoop out the flesh.
  5. In a bowl, mix the sweet potato flesh with cranberry sauce, diced apple, and cinnamon.
  6. Stuff the mixture back into the sweet potato skins.
  7. Top with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
