  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the green beans.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add green beans, salt, and pepper; sauté until tender.
  6. Stir in chopped bacon and lemon juice.
