  • 3 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the turkey bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add in the cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms, cooking until tender.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper, stirring to combine.
  5. Let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes.
  6. Chop the cooked turkey bacon and stir it back into the soup.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
