Cinnamon-Raisin Bread Pudding

  • 1 cup raisins
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. Add the cubed bread and raisins, stirring to combine.
